Our partner foundries include resin sand molding, green sand hand molding, disamatic molding. Products vary from big machinery parts such as windmill parts, milling center body, cylinder for plastic injection machines, motor frame, etc., to smaller parts such as hydraulic parts,valve & pump parts, sewing machine components, cookwares, stoves & fireplaces, with capacity of resin sand core making. Two foundries have capacity to make stove castings and assembling as well.
      Surface Treatment: Cookware foundry has enamel line to do different colors of enamels. Other surface treatment like powder-coating, zinc-plating, hot dipped galvanization can be done at nearby sub-contractors.
      Material can follow JIS, DIN, AISI, and ISO standards, including grey iron and ductile iron,such as: grey iron 200, 250,300; ductile iron 400-15, 400-18,450-10, 500-7, 600-3. DI400-18L is possible for big castings.
